Located at 530 Broadway in SoHo's esteemed Avante Guard district, this historic office space has been transformed under the creative direction of Daniel Arsham and Snarkitecture. Originally constructed as three separate buildings at the beginning of the 20th century, each floor offers 17,000 square feet of naturally lit space.

As the project manager, I have meticulously supervised every aspect—from defining the logo, typography, and visual identity to developing digital media, films, traditional banner ads, printed coffee table books, and comprehensive campaigns. This holistic approach has resulted in leasing 75% of the available space, showcasing our adept alignment of creative strategy with the dynamic demands of the market.
