Acquired by SHVO in 2019, the building underwent a remarkable transformation led by acclaimed design architect Peter Marino. His vision brought about a luxurious renovation featuring a meticulously redesigned lobby adorned with artisanal finishes, curated art, and upgraded infrastructure. This revitalization enhanced the aesthetic allure of the space, creating an exclusive environment tailored for the most discerning members.

My role was instrumental in ensuring that the marketing efforts reflected the building's rich history and revitalized identity, reinforcing its stature in Manhattan's premier commercial landscape. From establishing the initial visual identity, including fonts and design elements, to overseeing the creation of films, digital media, content, email campaigns, and newsletters, I ensured every creative asset aligned seamlessly with the client’s vision.

Managing weekly marketing meetings and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, I fostered a strong partnership with the Head of Marketing at 711 Fifth Avenue, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project.
