In my role, I have been instrumental in orchestrating two significant campaigns in 2023 and 2024 aimed at enhancing Mandarin Oriental's prominence in the competitive market of new condo developments. Leading comprehensive marketing meetings, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed timelines and strategic agendas that aligned with the project's overarching goals.
From conceptualization to execution, I oversaw the production of diverse digital media assets, including engaging films that showcased the luxurious lifestyle and unique amenities offered at Mandarin Oriental Residences, Fifth Avenue. Additionally, I orchestrated targeted paid social media campaigns to effectively reach prospective buyers and investors.
Beyond digital efforts, I managed the creation of impactful physical media such as prominent out-of-home billboards, elegant coffee table books, and sophisticated signage that highlighted the architectural grandeur and exclusive nature of the residences. This integrated approach ensured a cohesive and compelling narrative across all marketing channels, reinforcing Mandarin Oriental's reputation for unparalleled luxury and sophistication in the New York City real estate market.

Saks x mandarin oriental collab
I spearheaded the collaboration between Mandarin Oriental and Saks Fifth Avenue, overseeing the curation of an exclusive collection tailored specifically for Mandarin Oriental residents. My focus was on meticulously selecting luxury home goods and accessories to be featured both digitally and physically.
Beyond the curation process, I devised a strategic promotional plan aimed at boosting sales at Mandarin Oriental, which included offering complimentary items to buyers. Taking charge of the partnership between Shvo and Mandarin Oriental, I ensured its smooth operation by organizing regular meetings, managing the production of 130 bespoke boxes and welcome cards, and coordinating the creation of the digital collection. This proactive approach guaranteed a seamless and successful collaboration that met our objectives effectively.
