Collaborating with internationally acclaimed design firm Foster + Partners, The alton emphasizes quality, sustainability, and an elevated standard for Miami Beach office environments, placing a significant focus on outdoor amenities integral to its distinctive setback massing design.

As the project and marketing manager, I orchestrated comprehensive marketing meetings and led efforts to collaborate closely with the Foster + Partners team. Together, we focused on developing CGI renderings that not only captured the architectural integrity of The Alton, but also aligned with the client’s marketing objectives. This involved meticulous attention to detail to ensure the visual representations reflected both the aesthetic vision and the practical realities of the landscape.

Additionally, I spearheaded the creation of a compelling film and digital content for events held at the Raleigh, effectively highlighting its allure and enhancing its digital presence. These initiatives were instrumental in conveying the unique appeal of The Alton and the cultural significance of the Raleigh Hotel within SHVO’s Miami Beach portfolio, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in every aspect of the project’s promotion and execution.
