The raleigh, a rosewood residences

A Peter Marino Three-Acre Estate

The Raleigh, a Rosewood Residences, epitomizes luxury and exclusivity in Miami Beach, blending historic charm with modern opulence. Designed by renowned architect Peter Marino, the project encompasses the restoration of the iconic Raleigh hotel and its original serpentine pool, capturing the essence of its 1940s glamour. The hotel, once a magnet for celebrities like Anna Wintour and Karl Lagerfeld, will feature its legendary pool and martini bar alongside new offerings—a members-only beach club by Langosteria and Rosewood's impeccable services. The estate spans three acres and includes private amenities such as 30-yard sunrise and sunset pools, a Rosewood Sense spa, and beach access just 100 feet from the water, the closest in Miami Beach. This exclusive development marks Langosteria's debut in the United States, promising a bespoke experience at every turn.

As the leader of the project and events team, I orchestrated the seamless execution of the Raleigh's vision. Coordinating weekly marketing meetings, timelines, and agendas, I oversaw the creation of extensive collateral—from custom keychains, candles, and beach slides to towels, shopping bags, and leather portfolios. Additionally, I directed the design of digital assets including eblasts, brochures, and a comprehensive interface known as Property Platform, showcasing the property's allure and amenities through compelling copywriting and visuals.

My role extended to successfully launching Langosteria Raleigh events during prestigious occasions such as Art Basel and F1, resulting in significant pre-sales totaling $75MM dollars. By fostering strong partnerships with Rosewood, Langosteria, Shvo Raleigh , and Peter Marino Associates, I ensured that the project's ambitious vision was brought to life with precision and impact.
